Liebe Interessenten, für Kauf oder Verkauft einer Immobile. Zu Beginn des Jahres 2017 habe ich mich entschlossen unser Grundstück in Florida zu verkaufen. Ich hatte Glück und konnte Frau Alexander als Maklerin gewinnen. Frau Alexander hat den Verkauf zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit abgewickelt. Alle amerikanische Formularitäten wurden von Frau Alexander hervorragend abgewickelt. Kein Weg, kein Telefonat war ihr zu viel. Mit viel Geduld hat Sie mich durch die schwierigen amerikanischen Steuer, Notar, und Grundbuch Vorschriften geführt. Wenn man bedenkt dass ich Frau Alexander nur telefonische kenne, hatte ich eine sehr kompetente Maklerin gefunden. Ich kann Frau Alexander nur bestens empfehlen.
